Biocon among top 25 biotech companies
According to a report released by Med Ad News, which takes into consideration drug-based firms, the city-based Biocon had been ranked seventh-largest by number of employees it employed, a Biocon release said here today.

This is a validation of our constant effort at attaining global leadership and also highlights the true potential of this sector in a country like India." Amgen Inc is the top ranked BT company in the world having a staff strength of 20,100 in the year 2007, while Biocon had a strength of about 3,000./
