The U.S. Internet giant Google in the U.S. that is integrating improvements to its search engine to provide answers in real time, thanks to cross-results from social networks Facebook, MySpace and Twitter."It's the first time an Internet search engine integrated in real time to your search results page," said one of Google's engineers, Amit Singhal, in a press conference at the group headquarters in Mountain View, California (west U.S.).
Traditionally one of the most common criticisms of Internet search engines is the delay in the information provided, if the intention is to know for example what happens in a world where there was a protest riots, the answers may return information about past events.
But with the rollout of socialization, "users will get answers on the results page while they are produced out there," Singhal said.
From the coming days the results will be boxed Twitter page Google results in English. The service will be extended to MySpace and Facebook, as well as other languages in early 2010.
"The MySpace and Facebook users can decide what content you want them to be viewed on Google," said Marissa Mayer, head of Google search tasks.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed by the companies.
